- Review precast and steel shop drawings and specifications for compliance with contract requirements.
- Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely completion.
- Track orders and manage project data using internal software.
- Generate item codes based on orders received within the system.
- Prepare and process change orders, cost estimates, and Requests for Information (RFIs).
- Meet with clients to ensure their needs are accurately being met and maintain strong client relationships.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, focusing on retaining walls, sound walls, wall systems, and barriers.
- Project management and construction management expertise.
- Proficiency in precast construction and project coordination.
- Degree in civil engineering or construction management.
- Ability to critically think and review drawings, specifications, and blueprints.
- Strong organizational skills for supporting multiple projects at once.
- Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering preferred; BS in Construction Management accepted.
- Direct experience supporting IL Tollway contracts, heavy civil work, drainage, or precast is a plus.
- Internships in related fields are beneficial.
