Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Architect with 10-15 years in the architecture field. This role requires proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD and expertise in construction documents through construction administration. Experience in multi-use projects is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage architectural projects from inception through completion.
• Prepare detailed construction documents.
• Coordinate construction administration tasks.
• Utilize Revit and AutoCAD for project designs and documentation.
• Collaborate on multi-use projects.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Extensive experience in construction documents and administration.
• Schematic and architectural design expertise.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
• Experience with multi-use projects is a plus.

Work Environment

The position is based in a small office located in Quincy, MA. The role primarily requires presence in the office but offers flexibility with a couple of remote days.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $43.00 - $48.00/hr.
