Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee commercial construction projects throughout West Michigan. This role involves managing all on-site activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will coordinate subcontractors, enforce safety protocols, maintain project schedules, and serve as the primary liaison between field operations and project management. A strong understanding of local building codes, commercial construction methods, and the ability to lead teams effectively is essential. Responsibilities
- Manage all on-site activities for commercial construction projects.
- Coordinate subcontractors and enforce safety protocols.
- Maintain project schedules and ensure timely completion.
- Serve as the primary liaison between field operations and project management.
- Ensure projects are completed within budget and to the highest quality standards.
- Lead teams effectively and ensure compliance with local building codes.
- Proven track record managing commercial construction projects.
- 5+ years of experience as a construction superintendent.
- Strong understanding of construction management and supervision.
- Proficiency in subcontractor management and general contractor coordination.
- Knowledge of ground-up construction methods and safety protocols.
- Experience with project management and quality control.
- OSHA 30 certification.
- Experience with Procore construction management software.
