What Youll Be Doing:
Interpret blueprints, sketches, and project plans with accuracy.
Cut and assemble framing materials using a variety of tools.
Construct solid walls, floors, and roofs with precision.
Install wood and metal framing components.
Ensure door and window openings are level, square, and built to spec.
Collaborate with site leads and tradespeople to meet deadlines.
What Youll Bring:
Proven experience in residential or commercial framing/carpentry.
Comfortable using hand and power tools with confidence.
Can lift heavy materials and work in physically demanding environments.
Strong attention to detail, safety, and craftmanship.
Blueprint reading and construction math proficiency.
