Need a full-time contractor/handyman

Hey my name is Dillon. I am looking for someone to add to my team. We flip houses and manage a bunch of rentals in the Richmond Area. spanning all the way from Ashland to Petersburg. Looking to hire someone full time (40 hours a week) M-F. would need someone with experience with fixing up houses and to be familiar with most of the trades (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting/mudding ETC.)

Looking for someone that knows what they're doing, doesn't cut corners, know how to do plumbing and electrical and is able to manage and teach people.

Starting pay would be based on experience and would be $25-$32/hour Plus bonuses. must have a vehicle and having a truck/van is a plus. Must have your own tools. you may be at different addresses different days depending on what work needs to be done. You may be working by yourself or with others as well. time will start 8 AM and last until 5 PM with an hour lunch break. MUST SHOW UP ON TIME.
