Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed estimates for large-scale ground-up commercial projects.

• Perform quantity takeoffs, cost analyses, and value engineering.

• Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, and subcontractors.

• Identify project risks and recommend cost-saving solutions.

• Present estimates to clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of commercial construction estimating experience.

• Proficiency in estimating software .

• Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials .

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
