What You’ll Need:

• 5+ years of field construction management experience with a commercial general contractor.
• Proven expertise in retail, commercial, restaurant, and/or mixed-use projects.
• Strong skills in on-site project management and administration.
• Experience with cost control , contract administration , budgets , scheduling , and managing field teams.
