Pay: $21.50/hour
Type: Temp-to-Hire | Weld Test Required Before Start We are currently seeking experienced Welders to join a team that builds high-quality structural steel frames, enclosures, and fabricated components based on customer blueprints. If you're dependable, skilled in MIG welding, and ready to grow in a supportive environment, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG welding and finish grinding using proper fabrication techniques
• Read and interpret blueprints to build parts to exact specifications
• Weld mild steel, galvanneal, and stainless steel (18 gauge up to thickness)
• Assist in TIG welding, saw cutting, dual-action sanding, drilling, and tapping
• Rotate to other departments as needed (finishing, machine operation, etc.)
• Maintain clean, safe, and efficient workspaces
• Must bring your own welding helmet
• Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must pass a written and hands-on welding test (required prior to hire)
• Strong math, reading, and writing skills
• Able to read a tape measure and blueprints
• Willingness to work as part of a team
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs occasionally
• Comfortable standing up to 10 hours, squatting, kneeling, and working on knees for extended periods

Tools & Support:

• Must have basic tools (50/50 tool program available)
