Licensed Tradesman To Be a Qualifying Party Contracted to My LLC

ROC AZ insists that as an LLC.. I cannot complete my contractor application to ROC without a licensed contractor working for me at my walk in tub project sites. The state calls this Licensed Tradesman "A Qualified Party"

I need someone who has a residential remodel team that can manage 2 walk in tub installations per week in Maricopa/Pinal Counties.

Each job will take 1.5 days and will involve basic wiring, plumbing,and trim work.

Usually no tile work, and never any painting.
