2 Position: Mig And Tig Welder / Welding Trainee

Our company is seeking for a skilled Tig and Mig Welder. We specialize in customized various metals such as steel, aluminum, and stainless steel. This job requires close attention to detail and craftsmanship with good communication skills. Teamwork is essential to the success of our business that has been established for 90 years. All of our custom projects are built from comprehensive shop drawings.

We are willing to hire, train and help get certified with our customers, qualified welding trainee that has some experience in welding TIG and MIG on material like 300 series, 400 series stainless steel, carbon steel, inconel. Must be willing to really learn.

Applicant needs to be competent in Metal Fabrication and experienced in the following:
- Minimum number of years experience in this field- Aerospace/ Defense is a plus
- Proficient ability to read & comprehend drawings .
- Must be able to follow welding procedures.
- Good communication skills. Willingness and ability to work well with others.
- CERTIFIED Welder is a plus
- Fabricating tools and machines. Machining experience is helpful.
- Dependable work ethic and Good Positive Attitude.
- Certification for completion of welding program or some welding education.

We want a full time employee for long-term employment.
Our standard hours are 5 days a week, Mondays - Fridays, 8 hours per day with overtime as needed.
