Carpenter Helper

Madden Industrial Craftsmen is looking for a Carpenter Helper to join the team of a client who specializes in building custom, high quality sheds in Oregon!

You will be traveling to client locations for the shed installs with a company vehicle-- APPLY to get started!

Carpenter Helper/Installer

• Load and unload the lumber

• Move lumber to the shed site

• Assist with installing floors/walls/rafters

• Assist with installing any accessories needed

• Assist with finishing the roof / siding / decking, etc

• Step back and take pictures of what you have accomplished

Carpenter Helper Qualifications:

• Take pride in what you build with your own hands
• Have a positive and professional attitude
• Project a strong customer service attitude
• Be a self starter who can work independently & with team members
• Have transportation, Drivers License & Clean driving record
• Be able to pass a Background & Drug test
• Willing to train as long as you are willing and able to learn!
• If you have experience we compensate accordingly!
• Be able to read a tape measure, read simple plans & follow directions.
• Work in a fast paced environment
• Must have physical ability to lift 100+ pounds, stand for long periods, stand at height on ladders scaffolding

Personal tools needed:

• Carpenter nail bags, tool belt or equivalent is preferred
• Hammer
• Tape Measure
• Pencil

DETAILS:

• Monday - Friday

• $20/hr - $24/hr to start -- depending on experience and with room for wage growth!
