Why Choate?
At Choate, safety is more than a requirement, it's a mindset. Our Safety team is driven by the shared mission of ensuring everyone goes home safely every day. Each Safety Manager has access to cutting-edge technology like drones, thermal imaging cameras and heat stress wearables, as well as continued education through Subject Matter Expert training on topics that align with our unique risk potential. Here, safety isn't just a box to check, it's a top-down value, recognized at the highest levels.
