Experienced Renovation Expert Wanted
Broadview Construction Corporation is growing! As a professional Commercial and Residential contractor, specializing in high-end, custom construction projects all throughout the Lakes Region and New Hampshire. We are expanding our team at Broadview Construction and working to create a career path for the individual that can make the greatest difference to our company and who is committed to our values.
Objective:
Broadview Construction has an opening for a Renovation Expert. This person would work onsite to complete tasks designated by their supervisor. The employee will have a supervisor with 20+ years of experience and be backed by a culture that promotes and supports growth and advancement as the company grows.
Responsibilities:
Come to work on time, prepared for 8 hours of work. Overtime if needed.
Follow construction plans, specifications, and/or scopes of work.
Maintain daily timecards.
In-depth knowledge of safety guidelines and best practices with a guarantee to follow them.
Expertise in using construction materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently.
Required Skills:
Technical skills in the installation of the following items:
Rough framing: Floor systems, Wall assemblies, Roof systems, Stair framing and Decks
Finish carpentry: Door and window trim, Exterior trim and siding, Decking and railings, Baseboard trim, Cabinet installation,
Door and window Installation
Drywall: Hang, tape and finish. Both new installations and repairs
Painting and staining
Installation of other finishes:
Wood and composite flooring
Tile work
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of in-field carpentry experience.
Have and maintain a valid drivers license with transportation.
General knowledge of construction procedures and equipment.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to problem-solve.
Strong communication skills with a warm personality.
Compensation and Benefits We offer:
Health insurance 75% of premium paid by the company
