Not sure where all the skilled tradesman are at either at a apprenticeship level or journeyman level but this ad is in response to the pathetic list of has beens who recently made a appearance and absolutely fell on their faces, quitting in shame or acknowledgment and self realization of not being a up to speed well working skilled painter that they claimed to be on the phone during interview....so read and laugh if you like..I don't care about how I come off to anyone...this is a serious business and customers are entitled to get what they pay for, if you think you are entitled to smoke absolutely any substance on their property
which is my job site or leave your cigarette butts or cans of Energy Drinks or whatever you drink in their yard or in their house you got another thing coming. You are a waste of time, your self entitlement and lack of knowledge of the word RESPECT makes me sick..
I am not overly picky but for the LOVE OF GOD IF YOU CAN'T FOLLOW MY ORDERS, IF YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO ARRIVE ON TIME DAILY, IF YOU DO NOT UNDERSTAND QUALITY CRAFTSMANSHIP, IF YOU DON'T POSESS PROFESSIONAL PAINT BRUSHES THAT ARE CLEAN, NICE AND TIGHT AND DON'T LOOK LIKE YOU ROBBED YOUR MOTHER'S / WIFE'S MAKE UP TABLE OF HER MAKE UP BRUSHES TO BRING A BRUSH TO WORK, IF YOU ARE NOT CLEAN CUT, AND IF YOU TALK TRASH WHEN I TURN MY BACK OR TRY TO POACH MY STAFF TO GO WORK AT YOUR FRIEND'S WORTHLESS COMPANY , IF YOU DON'T POSESS HAND TOOLS OR HAVE A GRIP AND KNOW WHAT PAINTERS WHITES ARE DON'T APPLY,

This is a local job for here in Monroe County.

Residential and Commercial work.

Pay starts at $22.00 per hour cash. Pay is given 1 to 2 times per week as we complete contracts. Bonuses are always available on every single job to increase your earnings.

Your hourly pay increases bi-weekly as you steadily produce in a manner that is consistent with a responsible tradesman continuously meeting the daily tasks.

I'm lead painter four years running now for 14 International Companies at International Trade Shows in Las Vegas.

Remember that the customers do the punch list or touch up required. As a whole they have never painted. Are you going to let a individual who never painted before rip your work apart? The point is to take pride in your work and applicate in a professional manner moving readily and steadily...otherwise how do you apply to a Experienced Painter AD and call yourself a Professional Painter???

REQUIREMENTS:

Ability To work on Exterior and Interior projects.

If you only do Interior or only do exterior work it will not work out for anyone involved.

Be able to arrive daily to different job locations at different times.

At least 2 years of verifiable local painting experience.

Own brushes and hand tools only...Do not offer to bring your items other than previously mentioned. I don't need your equipment.
