Washington state journeyman plumber needed for a growing company

Journeyman Plumber (WA Licensed) Lead & Grow Our Service Team!
Location: Vancouver, WA
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: Competitive pay + bonuses + full benefits
Schedule: MondayFriday, occasional weekends/on-call

What Youll Do:
Provide top-notch residential & light commercial service plumbing

Diagnose, repair, install, and maintain plumbing systems with professionalism

Mentor apprentices and newer techs as we grow the team

Help build systems and best practices for the service department

Be a voice in how we evolve our plumbing division

Requirements:
Current Washington State Journeyman Plumber license!!! No exceptions!! Please do not apply without a Washington card.

5+ years of plumbing experience (including residential service) Big plus!
Leadership potential or experience (preferred but not required)

Clean driving record & valid driver's license

Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills

Desire to grow with a company long-term. Continued training!
