CCS Construction Staffing is now hiring Construction Laborers for a project in Tampa, FL. This is a hands-on role involving moving materials and assisting various trades around the jobsite. We're looking for dependable, hardworking individuals ready to start immediately and contribute to a productive team environment.

Job Duties:

• Move and distribute construction materials throughout the site

• Assist tradesmen with basic tasks and general labor support

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the jobsite

• Follow safety protocols and take direction from supervisors

Requirements:

• Previous construction or general labor experience preferred

• Must have full PPE (hard hat, safety vest, gloves, glasses, work boots)

• Able to lift, carry, and work on your feet for extended periods

• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic

• No training provided - ready-to-work laborers only
