Qualifications:

  • New graduates with a background in mechanical construction, HVAC, engineering, or related fields are strongly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Liaison for Rental Boilers: Act as the primary point of contact for customers using rental boiler services, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Rental Boiler Coordination: Manage the scheduling, delivery, installation, and maintenance of rental boilers to ensure smooth operations for customers.
  • Mechanical Project Coordination: Assist in the coordination of mechanical construction projects, focusing on integrating rental boiler services into the overall project timelines and requirements.
  • Vendor & Subcontractor Coordination: Communicate with vendors and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of equipment and services, resolving issues as needed to keep projects on track.
  • Logistics & Scheduling Support: Coordinate the logistics of project equipment deliveries, including boilers and other mechanical systems, ensuring the proper resources are available as needed.
  • Documentation & Contract Management: Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, schedules, maintenance logs, and invoices. Ensure compliance with rental agreements and update project timelines as needed.
  • Sales & Operational Support: Collaborate with the sales team to generate quotes and assist in processing rental orders. Provide support to identify customer needs and recommend solutions for their projects.
  • Accounts Receivable Coordination: Assist with invoices for rental boiler services and help manage accounts receivable, following up with customers on past-due invoices.
  • Safety & Compliance: Ensure rental boiler equipment meets industry standards and safety regulations. Support the project teams to maintain a safe work environment at all times.
