Forklift Operator** **Job Description** We are seeking an experienced industrial forklift operator to safely move temporary office units commonly found at construction sites. This position involves not only the transportation of units but also the assembly of furniture and equipment within them, according to client specifications. **Responsibilities** + Operate industrial forklifts to move large modular units safely and efficiently. + Assist in the assembly and installation of desks, chairs, and other requested furnishings within office units. + Ensure all tasks are completed with the highest safety standards. + Utilize hand and power tools for assembly tasks as needed. + Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized work environment. **Essential Skills** + 1-2 years of industrial forklift experience with lifts of 30,000lb+ capacity. + Experience in safely moving large objects. + Proficiency in using hand and power tools. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in construction, framing, and carpentry. + Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. **Why Work Here?** Join a large national company with a close-knit team in Nampa that offers consistent work throughout the year. The dress code requires work clothes, including jeans, t-shirts, and steel-toed shoes, with additional PPE provided. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Nampa, Idaho. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
