Marketing Project Manager

Marketing Operations is a team that continues to grow. We are the owners of Marketing Ways of Working, Process Mapping, Tools, Budget & Headcount and Creative Operations. Our scope spans all x-functional teams within marketing and other teams. If there is a process that needs to be figured out, we are typically the first team asked to help drive clarity and map out R&Rs and a clear way of working. It's our job in marketing operations to ensure the processes across the org are consistent and streamlined.As the Marketing Operations Associate, you will be critical to supporting the Marketing Operations Sr. Manager and ensuring team operations, P1 project management, and general support are provided across the Marketing Team.Some of the teams you will work with are Client Solutions, Brand Marketing, and Growth Marketing. They lead strategic solutions that empower our partners and influence supplier investment in media.You will work closely with the Directors/ Sr. managers of these teams to support with team operations, P1 project management, and become an integral partner to ensure processes are established and followed through on. You will also partner with your Marketing Operations peers.Ideal Candidate:Loves process and thinking through ways of working in an agile modelHas experience with complex timelines with multiple stakeholdersExperience with Workfront is requiredHigh EQ-read the room/zoomYou have project managed campaigns before, so you understand the milestones, but can see bigger picture here to see how timelines and processes intersect. Email marketing and Brand marketing project management a plus!Responsibilities:Support the MOPS Sr. Manager in wide scope project managementOwn note taking and action planning feedback for meetingsDevelop and communicate solutions to improve efficiencies in team operationsGather facts and understand WoW across the organizationGather learnings from pilots and then iterate on process. Work in an agile model.Partner closely and develop working relationships with stakeholders in client solution and omni teams to streamline ways of working.Support in other general team administrative tasks as neededEnsure teams are using new project management tool to it's potential.Experience:Must have at least 5+ years experience in project management, team operations and process mapping within a marketing orgHas experience in change managementGreat at building PPT decksExtremely detail oriented and organized in thought and executionAbility to set and communicate clear expectationsAbility to understand and thrive in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work effectively and achieve results in ambiguous situationsThe target hiring compensation range for this role is $41.58 to $46.20 an hour.
