Ranked #27 on the Top 50 Electrical Contractors Listing by Engineering News Record (October 2023) and #10 in the Southeast, they continue to expand. To support this growth, they are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple electrical construction projects valued between $1M and $5M+.
About the Role
The Project Manager plays a critical role in overseeing all phases of electrical construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and with a strong commitment to quality and safety. This role requires initiative, attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships across all levels.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all phases of electrical project execution, including take-offs, safety compliance, as-builts, coordination layouts, scheduling, documentation, labor management, and materials tracking/submittals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with general contractors, suppliers, and field teams, attending job meetings and ensuring smooth project coordination.
Lead and develop field staff, providing coaching and mentorship to grow talent within the team.
Oversee project budgeting from inception to completion, ensuring financial accountability and efficiency.
Qualifications
Electrical license and experience as a field electrician or foreman.
Minimum of five years of experience in electrical project management.
Strong computer skills and proficiency with project management software.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, balancing multiple priorities effectively.
