Maintain a clean workspace Exhibit 2: Job Description As a Carpenter Apprentice, you will report to Drew Brisley, Chief Product Officer and will primarily work at Module's Last Mile Facility in Pittsburgh, with some time being dedicated to various construction sites that Module has around the city. This job will require learning a lot of new skills on the job, which we will provide the time and support to learn. While the title of this job is Carpenter Apprentice, there will be many other aspects to this job that cover other parts of the homebuilding process. There is no shortage of work that needs to happen at Module's Last Facility opportunity is only limited by your interest in what you would like to learn and skills you want to build. The most important part of this job is to have an attitude of "how can I help?" with an interest in improving and building skills for homebuilding. 01. Framing Carpentry a. Working under experienced carpenters, work to frame Module's homes in the Last Mile Facility b. Shadow more senior framers and learn from them to improve carpentry skills c. Evaluating framing and identifying fixes 02. General Homebuilding Support & Punch list a. Throughout the homebuilding process at Module's last mile facility, pitch in to help, build and fix a variety of things which may include but are not limited to: i. Documenting punch list items ii. Framing walls to replace an existing wall iii. Helping to set up rigging in order to lift and set different components of the home iv. Hanging, repairing and patching drywall v. Sanding and Painting walls vi. Flooring install vii. Generally, lending a hand to help increase quality and production speed at the Last Mile Facility b. Resolve punch list items before shipping 03. Support Factory Operations a. Support the factory to have an efficient production process which may include: i. Building shelving to store material ii. Use equipment (fork lift, pallet jack) to organize materials iii. Make material pickups and deliver to the Last Mile Facility iv. Inspect materials after receiving a delivery 04. Construction Site Support a. Supporting the site superintendent by completing tasks throughout the on-site building process. This may include but is not limited to: i. Supporting the construction team in preparing the site for setting the modular homes ii. Working to waterproof the homes after they have been installed on the foundation iii. Helping to build and install site accessories like decks, porches, and overhangs. iv. Helping to maintain a clean and organized construction site.
