Pay Range: $25-$40/hr depending on experience

Responsibilities: Responsibilities as outlined below and additional duties as required/assigned by the Service Manager

Complete HVAC repairs, maintenances, installations, service calls for both commercial and residential customers, diagnose and repair electronic, mechanical and electrical components of these systems

Know how to establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services

Work alongside customer service representatives and dispatch team members to ensure overall success of the business.

Maintain a clean, organized job site as well as inventoried truck.

Train and mentor helpers to ensure quick, accurate repairs and installations

Be accurate and timely with all paperwork

Required Skills/Abilities

Strong communication skills, both verbally and written

Ability to relay information to clients in layman's terms

Hardworking mindset

Detail-oriented and organized

Positive, can-do attitude

Safety first mindset

Can easily adapt to a change of circumstance or environment

Great attitude with a dedication to quality work

Education and Experience

High school diploma or equivalent

3+ years experience

Valid driver's license and a good driving record

EPA Certification

Physical Requirements

Physical ability to lift up to 50LBS

Work from heights or small crawl spaces
