We specialize in high-end remodels, additions, and custom home construction, with a focus on quality craftsmanship, and client satisfaction. ________________________________________ Carpenter Skills We're Looking For: Kitchen & bath remodel experience Framing and structural carpentry Finish carpentry (trim, doors, cabinets) Drywall repair and texture blending Painting, staining, and other finishes Flooring installs (tile, LVP, engineered hardwood) Must have your own tools for your profession Additional Lead Carpenter Responsibilities: Read plans and design selections Manage / schedule subs and staff on-site Schedule, track progress, schedule inspections and close out permits Communicate clearly with clients and the 360 team Maintain digital logs, timecards, and receipts ________________________________________ Requirements: Clean background & drug screen testing Valid driver's license & reliable transportation Ability to lift materials and work safely on-site Professional, with good character, integrity and respect for clients and their homes ________________________________________ What We Offer: $25-$35/hr, or more, DOE. 1 week PTO to start. 7 paid holidays.
