Qualifications and responsibilities for this Commercial Construction Estimator position include: 2+ years of commercial construction estimating experience preferred, but motivated candidates with less experience will be considered Bachelor's Degree preferred Strong analytical skills and comfort working with numbers and complex data sets Excellent communication and follow-up skills with internal teams and external stakeholders Develop and manage cost estimates across all project phases: from feasibility studies to project close-out Collaborate with project stakeholders including Directors of Preconstruction and Construction, Project Managers, and the CEO Utilize tools such as Procore, MS Project, and Building Connected to manage estimates, schedules, and procurement workflows Participate in bid coordination, vendor qualification, and pricing strategy meetings Archive historical cost data to inform future project estimates Office hours are 8am to 5pm Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Commercial Construction Estimator position include:

2+ years of commercial construction estimating experience preferred, but motivated candidates with less experience will be considered
