2nd Shift Welder Job Description The ideal candidate will be proficient in MIG welding, with a strong understanding of MIG processes. This role requires flexibility to work overtime, with weekly hours ranging from 50 to 60 per week. Experience in fabrication and knowledge of materials such as carbon, stainless steel, and aluminum is advantageous. 2nd Shift: 4pm-12:30am (Will train for a few weeks from 2pm-10:30pm) Pay Rate: $23-$25 Responsibilities Perform MIG welding tasks proficiently, ensuring high-quality results. Read and interpret blueprints accurately to execute welding and fabrication tasks. Demonstrate proficiency in welding test upon entry. Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and deadlines. Be open to learning new fabrication techniques and processes. Essential Skills Proficiency in MIG welding. Ability to read and interpret blueprints. Experience with stainless steel, carbon, and aluminum welding. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with TIG welding and press brake operation.
