Read blueprints and schematics to understand project specifications. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects. Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the installation process. Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while on the job site. Requirements: Proven experience in flooring installation or related construction fields is a plus but not required. Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools necessary for flooring work.
