Senior Project Manager - Substation Construction Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager with expertise in Substation projects for PECO / BGE projects. This is a fantastic opportunity offering 3+ years of guaranteed work and a competitive base salary ranging from $120,000 to $150,000 . Responsibilities Oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of substation projects Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility Ensure resource availability and allocation Develop a detailed project plan to track progress Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques Report and escalate to management as needed Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders Perform risk management to minimize project risks Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation Qualifications Bachelor's degree in engineering or relevant field Proven working experience as a project manager in the substation field Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management tools PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus Benefits Competitive base salary of $120,000 to $150,000 3+ years of guaranteed work Opportunity to work on high-profile PECO / BGE projects Comprehensive benefits package If you are a seasoned Senior Project Manager with a strong background in substation projects, we encourage you to apply and take the next step in your career with us.
