Shift: Monday - Friday 7a-3p with the ability to work nights 5 days a month.

Responsibilities:

Organizes a team of electricians actively involved in various craft specialties, to include input on evaluations and weekly time approval.

Responsible for shift schedule to include: work station assignments/rotations, employee training, employee vacations, employee breaks, overtime assignments, back up for absent employees and rotating shifts

Diagnoses, delegates, instructs and carries out skilled activities involving the repair, installation, calibration, and maintenance of equipment and facilities.

Guarantees adherence to safety practices and principles, and maintains electrical equipment to the relevant Federal, State, and Local Codes.

Knowledge and ability to troubleshoot/ repair ENI, HMI, PLC's maintenance VFD's, motor controls, and instrumentation

Qualifications:

High School diploma or GED required. Associates degree preferred.

At least 4 years of industrial electrical experience

At least 2 years in a mill, heavy industrial or manufacturing environment

Must be able to work in outdoor environments and occasionally in temperatures above 100 degrees and below 32 degrees

Willing and able to work in a hot, humid, cold and noisy industrial environment
