Key Responsibilities: Perform MIG welding on steel and other metals according to blueprints and job specifications. Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently. Inspect welds for accuracy and quality, making necessary adjustments. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures. Qualifications: 1+ years of MIG welding experience preferred. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Welding certification is a plus but not required.
