Carpenter Job Description We are seeking skilled rough and finish carpenters to contribute to new commercial projects. Finish carpenters will be responsible for installing trim, cabinets, doors, door hardware, and toilet partitions. Rough carpenters will focus on framing, backing/blocking, and may assist with foundation work including light concrete forms. Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and drawings to meet design specifications. Ensure precision and attention to detail in all finishing work. Work independently and collaboratively with other subcontractors on the job site. Adapt and perform other job duties as needed. Essential Skills Proficiency in carpentry, including finish carpentry, doors, windows, cabinetry, hardware, and trim work. Experience with framing, drywall, and rough carpentry. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in using hand and power tools. Additional Skills & Qualifications 3+ years of commercial carpentry experience or experience in specialty residential builds. Ability to lift and carry materials up to 50 lbs.
