Job Requirements: -Reliable transportation -Tools that are well kept and organized -Punctual -Efficient -Clean, detailed -Speak fluent English -Legal to work in the US -7+ years in construction -You can follow directions -Work independently unsupervised -No smoking, drugs or alcohol -Able to do heavy lifting -Work from heights of two stories or more on ladders -Work safely on a construction site and watch for others safety around you.
