Now Hiring for Millwright Foreman & Millwright Helpers Are you an experienced Millwright Foreman or Millwright Helper looking for a hands-on role in grain handling and storage equipment ? We are currently hiring skilled Millwright professionals to join our team. Millwright Foreman Responsibilities: Lead and work alongside a crew of 2-5 millwrights on installation and maintenance projects. Install and maintain grain handling and storage equipment , including bucket elevators, conveyors, augers, spouting, storage bins, and tanks. Perform stick welding in the field to ensure structural integrity. Work on commercial agricultural buildings , including new construction, remodels, expansions, and repairs. Millwright Helper Responsibilities: Assist with installation and maintenance of grain handling and storage equipment. Support welding, assembly, and structural work under the guidance of experienced millwrights. Load and unload materials and ensure job site organization. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment. Essential Skills & Qualifications: Millwright Foreman: 2-3 years of experience in either grain handling, equipment installation, stick welding, or maintenance. Millwright Helpers: Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn - looking for at least 2 years of experience. Ability to lift 50-75 lbs and work at heights. Experience with construction, installation, and mechanical systems . Proficiency in MIG and TIG welding (preferred for Foreman role). Why Work Here? Varied daily tasks in a dynamic work environment.
