Data Center Construction Project Manager

Location: REMOTE Description: Our client is currently seeking a Data Center Construction Project Manager. This is a remote based role requiring of site travel (bi-weekly). Position Overview: As a Project Manager, you will drive our strategic growth by providing overall project direction and ensuring client satisfaction. Responsibilities Assess project scope and resource requirements through initial client contact. Prepare accurate project estimates, reviewing proposal specifications, drawings, and takeoff information. Oversee construction efforts to ensure projects meet design, budget, and schedule requirements, interfacing with clients, AE representatives, and other contractors. Plan, coordinate, and supervise onsite functions, including scheduling, engineering, and material control, and provide direction to onsite administrative staff. Supervise craft employees (Superintendents) and other contractors as required. Provide technical assistance, interpret drawings, and recommend construction methods and equipment. Manage extra work estimating and change orders. Ensure productivity, efficient use of materials and equipment, and contractual performance. Prepare monthly project status reports, including cost projections and project status updates. Lead pre-construction teams, providing guidance and leadership as assigned. Maintain organized project files. Handle administrative responsibilities, including issuing Owner and Subcontract agreements, scheduling, change order management, shop drawings, RFIs, and day-to-day correspondence. Ensure overall project profitability. Prepare necessary closeout project documentation. Coordinate with the site superintendent on trade activities. Perform other duties as assigned.
