Journeyman Plumber

Seeking a Licensed Journeyman Plumber who has completed an apprenticeship and is licensed to perform plumbing work independently on a construction site. Be prepared to install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including water lines, fixtures, and drainage systems, adhering to plumbing codes and safety regulations Gas systems - high purity air, nitrogen, vacuum, carbon dioxide, cylinder gas services installed in clean copper, and welded and compression joint stainless steel. Water side systems - deionized/reverse osmosis water, process chilled water, chemical treatment. Chemical waster and ventilation systems Plumbing systems and ventilation systems to cover sanitary waste, including: Safety shower and eyewash stations ADA-compliant commercial bathrooms Commercial kitchens Storm systems Natural gas distribution Trench drains Floor drainage systems Welded stainless steel drainage systems Top Skills Details Plumbing,Construction,copper pipes,hand tool,Pipe fitting,Blueprint,Fitting,General labor,Industrial,utility construction,piping systems Skills: Requires general mechanical ability which includes skills in the use of electrical test equipment, small hand and power tools, mechanical equipment and materials applicable to the plumbing trade. The ability to interpret wiring diagrams, blueprints, and schematics is required. The ability to locate underground piping and document piping location on blueprints is required. Computer literacy is required. The ability to develop knowledge of, respect for, and skills to engage with those of other cultures or backgrounds is required. License: A Journeyman plumber's license is required. Experience Level Intermediate Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $30.00/hr.
