Description:

The Lead Installation Technician is responsible for reading and interpreting Mechanical and Automatic

Temperature Control Drawings and overseeing and directing assigned projects and FES team members.

Candidate will ensure a safe working environment for all employees.

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide direction and leadership to assigned FES team members as well as subcontractors

Participate in project preplanning process

Lead the execution of assigned projects

Identify customer issues/ concerns, escalate accordingly to ensure problem resolution

Coordinate work with other trades

Run control wire per industry standard

Install conduit and fittings per industry standard

Mount and terminate controllers, sensors, and end devices

Troubleshoot wiring and terminations of field-installed equipment with test instruments

Day or night shifts depending on the project schedule

Mentor Junior level installation technicians

Technical Skills:

Minimum of 3 year's experience in the installation of Building Controls and Automation
