Construction Laborer

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Laborer to join our team for a short-term construction project in Valparaiso, IN. This role will assist with various tasks on the job site and support the team to ensure the project runs smoothly and safely. Responsibilities: + Perform general construction site duties including cleanup, material handling, and equipment moving + Assist skilled tradespeople as needed + Load and unload materials and tools + Operate basic hand and power tools + Maintain a clean and organized work area + Follow all safety protocols and report any hazards to the supervisor + Other duties as assigned by the site supervisor Qualifications: + Prior construction or general labor experience preferred but not required + Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor for extended periods + Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions + Reliable transportation to and from the job site + Strong work ethic and a positive attitude + Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment
