We are seeking an Electrical Construction Manager - Public Utilities to manage substation construction and electrical installation projects across Georgia. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who can guide crews through the substation projects specifically the equipment installation and power integration part of the projects. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Electrical Construction Manager - Public Utilities position include: 10+ years of experience in electrical construction with a strong focus on industrial and utility projects. Extensive hands-on experience in power, substation, and manufacturing plant environments. Oversee the electrical phase of utility infrastructure projects, including setting equipment and pulling power into substations. Lead a team of 6-8 electrical subcontractors on-site, ensuring safety, quality, and project efficiency. Previous experience as an Electrical Superintendent or Project Manager with field leadership capability is desired. Ability to manage schedules, coordinate with internal teams, and meet the demands of high-volume utility projects. Flexible to travel within the southeast, especially to job sites in and around Georgia. Salary: $120,000 - $140,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus performance bonus potential.
