Dewberry's MEPSInfrastructure team has several E&IC engineers that focus on thewater/wastewater space and the purpose of this role entails the following:Client engagement, representing EI&C for water clients working along sideour water/wastewater client managersWorkload coordination for all Water EI&C work nationally (coordinatingbetween offices and with the MEPS Infrastructure team)Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC)Standards development to ensure consistent deliverables nationallyThe successful candidate should have experience specifying, designing, andimplementing electrical power systems and/or process instrumentation andcontrol systems. Experience in water/wastewater (W/WW) is preferredhowever industrial, chemical, and mining experience is acceptable. Both vary based on level within the program and bonuses aredependent upon company performance.In addition, a host of discounted purchase programs are available to allemployees.ResponsibilitiesProvide electrical power system and instrumentation/control systemengineering oversight and design for W/WW projects.Overse multiple concurrent design projects and manage junior engineers toexecute projects.Coordinate EI&C workload for W/WW projects nationally, working withproject managers and design teams, along with the MEPS Infrastructureteam, to successfully deliver EI&C design work.Design opportunities included low voltage electrical power distribution,motor control, VFDs, lighting systems, equipment layout and relatedactivities.Provide EI&C specifications, drawings, and cost estimates.Review and approve contractor submittals.Coordinate with process engineers and develop Process and InstrumentationDiagrams (P&IDs).Execute redline markups from engineers.Sizing conduit and wire, laying out electrical distribution equipment, anddesigning lighting systems as well as loop sheets, control single lines,
