Maintenance/Diesel Mechanic

Nexeo is hiring a skilled **Maintenance/Diesel Mechanic** to support daily operations in a fast-paced fabrication and machine shop. We re looking for a hands-on,reliable professional with experience in both electrical and mechanical repair. If you're a proactive problem-solver who can read schematics,troubleshoot machinery,and handle preventative maintenance (PMs),this could be the right fit for you.This is a temp-to-hire position with excellent long-term potential and a full benefits package upon hire.**Responsibilities** Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on a variety of equipment,including: forklifts,diesel trucks,shop machinery such as shears,lasers,and other fabrication tools. Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and mechanical issues. Read and interpret electrical schematics. Support day-to-day maintenance operations in a fabrication environment. Ensure a safe,clean,and well-organized workspace.**Qualifications** Strong hands-on experience in both electrical and mechanical repair. Proven ability to troubleshoot from schematics and work independently. Previous experience in a fabrication or welding shop environment is a plus,but not required. Background in diesel or auto mechanics is highly encouraged. Reliable,detail-oriented,and proactive with a strong sense of responsibility.**Pay**$22.00 - $30.00 Per Hour**Schedule** Day Shift | Monday Thursday,4x10s starting at 5:30 AM or 6:00 AMOne set day off per week (varies by person)During busy periods,expect to work 5 days/week**Nexeo Benefits** Medical,Dental,Vision,Limited Life,Short-Term Disability.
