Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Superintendent (Education/Commercial) position include: Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction; K-12 educational project experience preferred but not required Experience managing projects valued at $15M or more; average project size is $20M Proficient with construction software such as PlanGrid or similar platforms Must be able to work on-site full-time, Monday through Friday Strong leadership and communication skills to coordinate with subcontractors, contractors, and local officials Must be comfortable with travel across Alabama only Ability to oversee construction progress, manage documentation, and ensure quality standards are met Must be capable of implementing and monitoring site safety and quality control programs Salary: $85,000 - $125,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
