**Hours:** As required, typically Monday -- Friday, 8:00 A.M. -- 4:00 P.M.

Patrick's Plumbing and Heating, Inc. is a growing full-service plumbing, HVAC,

and fire suppression contractor located in Atlantic Mine, MI. We specialize in

residential and commercial work servicing Houghton, Keweenaw, and Baraga

Counties.

**Description:**

We are looking for an Office Administrator/Assistant Estimator to join our

team! This position is ideal for someone who is customer focused, organized,

and detail oriented. The Office Administrator/Assistant Estimator will perform

various tasks, including but not limited to: responding to emails, answering

the phone, accounts payable and receivable, running bank deposits,

organizing supplier invoices, as well as assisting with project estimating.

**Skills:**

- Basic understanding of computers, as well as the use of the Microsoft suite. QuickBooks knowledge preferred.

- A self-starter; the ability to figure problems out on your own.

- Knowledge of plumbing and mechanical work preferred. Knowledge of any trade is a plus.

- Valid driver's license
