Houseman with Handyman Skills Wanted for Private Residence (berkeley north / hills) compensation: $45/hour We are seeking a hands-on Houseman with strong handyman skills and residential experience to support the daily operations of a household. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of maintenance, property care, gardening, and daily housekeeping duties for a private residence. Responsibilities include maintaining the cleanliness of the home, assisting with driving and errands, and performing general maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical work, painting, exterior clean-up, and power-washing. Some car maintenance (taking care to repairs, etc.), for a stick shift vehicle (must be able to drive a standard car). This is a full-time position Candidates must have a clean driving record, their own vehicle, and be local to the area.
