Aircraft Mechanic Job Description We are seeking a skilled and experienced Aircraft Mechanic to join a dedicated team at the Washington County Airport. This role involves performing maintenance and inspections on Corporate Jets and General Aviation aircraft, ensuring the highest standards of safety and efficiency. Responsibilities Perform heavy maintenance on corporate jets and General Aviation aircraft, including Falcon, Gulfstream, Learjet, Hondajet, Hawker, Cessna, Challenger, Piper, and King Air. Conduct thorough inspections and repairs to ensure aircraft are in top working condition. Utilize own tools to perform maintenance tasks effectively. Collaborate with a small team of A&P mechanics to achieve repair station goals. Be available for overtime work as needed to meet operational demands. Essential Skills A&P License is required. Minimum of 5 years of experience in heavy maintenance on corporate jets or General Aviation aircraft. Experience with Cessna Citation, Piper, and King Air preferred. Open to candidates with rotary wing A&P's and military experience with an A&P's. Ability to work with commercial aircraft. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with various aircraft models such as Falcon Jet, Gulfstream, Learjet, Hondajet, and others. Proficiency in aircraft maintenance, inspection, and repair. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $40.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
