Orlando, FL (Commutable from: Kissimmee, Winter Park, Altamonte Springs, Sanford, Apopka, Clermont, and surrounding areas)

Are you a Superintendent with experience in restoration or multi-family construction, looking to lead complex projects, shape outcomes on site and be part of a company built on quality and trust?

On offer is an excellent opportunity for a Superintendent to join a rapidly growing construction company, where you'll lead impactful restoration projects and play a key role in shaping the delivery and success of future work across the state

This company is a leading general contractor with an excellent track record in Florida and other states. With consistent growth and a full pipeline of upcoming projects, they are now looking for a Superintendent to oversee day-to-day site operations of complex projects. Their reputation is built on quality, reliability, and team development, and this role offers a clear pathway for advancement for the right individual.

In this role you'll be responsible for managing daily site operations, including subcontractors, safety, scheduling, and quality control across exterior restoration projects. You'll work closely with Project Managers, use tools like Procore and Microsoft Project, and represent the business onsite from preconstruction through to handover

This role would suit a Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent ready to step up from a restoration, multi-family, or commericial construction background, who's ready to lead and grow with a contractor that rewards performance and potential.

The Role:

Manage daily site operations, including subcontractors, materials, and workforce

Work with Project Managers to maintain schedules, quality and close-outs

Use Procore, Excel and scheduling tools track progress and updates.

The Person:

Ability to read construction drawings and use site management software

Strong knowledge of exterior construction, restoration and site coordination

Experienced Superintendent, ideally from a commercial construction background
