Location: REMOTE Salary: $45.00 USD Hourly - $55.00 USD Hourly Description: Position Title: Training & Development Manager Duration: Contract Work Location: Fully Remote Ideal Candidate: Instructional designer with experience developing training content Expertise in using authoring tools such as Articulate Rise & Storyline, Captivate and Adobe Illustrator to create interactive content Excellent communication skills and strong project management skills including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a cross-functional environment Biotech / pharmaceutical / GxP industry or experience in highly regulated environment Job Description: Job Description: As an individual contributor this Instructional Designer position will have minimal supervision that will collaborate with subject matter experts to design, develop and implement instructional materials. This role will be responsible for creating engaging content that meets learning objectives using authoring tools and for delivery in corporate learning management system (LMS).
