This is a long-term gig, with consistent work available for the right person. Shift Details: Day: Saturday Time: 6:45 PM to 11:45 PM Pay: $60 plus $15 (flat rate, no taxes - independent contractorTasks Include: Sweeping, mopping, and waxing floors Cleaning corners, windowsills, and wiping down all surfaces Deep cleaning bathrooms and kitchen (including sinks, cabinets, and walls) Putting away clean dishes and restocking essentials Changing beds hotel-style Bagging up any leftover tenant items Minor painting and light handyman tasks as needed Ladder use may be required Requirements: Must be experienced in cleaning and/or handyman work and moving furniture within the same space Must bring your own gloves and wear a mask 2 screw drivers star and flathead Must be able to follow a detailed scope of work and pass a walk-through inspection Must send clear before/after photos of the completed job Must provide your full name and a state or federal photo ID Payment is made via Cash App or PayPal No partial payments - full payment only upon satisfactory completion of all tasks How to Apply: Text your full name and a brief message to be considered.
