Be able to develop project and keep it moving forward Offering competitive hourly rate, overtime over 40, $178 per diem / 7 days, mobilization bonus, benefits, PTO, 401k Responsibilities: The Project Manager will oversee the project management process. Partner with the business areas and (key) shareholders to manage expectations of the project outcome as well as to receive consensus for project implementations while leading a team of engineers to execute various project initiatives. Assist in defining the project scope and plan for delivery for projects according to roles and responsibilities matrix. Assist in execution of the project, including costing and implementation according to the guidelines. Monitoring of project results including budget, scheduling, and quality. Ensuring monthly project reporting to management. Participate in observations, audits, and customer initiatives. Ensure supervisors are compliant with required documentation. Prepare/execute contract documentation and bill according to schedule. Conduct pre-jobs as required. Keeping track and communicating change orders. Advising stakeholders when contingency needs to be used. Complying with local legislation and Company requirements. Ensure that all field supervisors are aware of, and effectively practice, the policies and procedures in the safety program. Assure that the safety and reliability of existing equipment is maintained during project implementation. Coordinate the development of all necessary documentation for commissioning, training, maintenance and maintain all records required by legislation and policies. Coordinate and provide direction to contractors. Work together with the procurement team on project needs, as well as with the accounting team on budget and expenditure. Execute project to meet desired weld reject level and turn in high quality turnover packages at completion. Manage labor, materials, sub-contractors, and construction expenses to meet or exceed bid. Closing out projects according to requirements. Qualifications: CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT OR ENGINEERING Degree Preferred Prior experience in a Plant Environment/Refinery Strong background in Heavy Industrial Construction
