Senior Electrical Project manager

RESPONSIBILIITES: -lead a team to manage the construction of large-scale data centers -oversee project management, estimating, billing, collections and team development -develop project scope, establish project timelines, budgets and resource allocation -work directly with vendors, clients, staff and subcontractors to ensure timeliness and satisfaction -manage RFPs and change management forms REQUIREMENTS: -10+ years of Construction Project Management experience -5+ years of Electrical Project Management for large scale, complex IT/telecommunications infrastructure projects, including data center installations -experience with data center electrical distribution systems, cabling, and white space fit-out -experience with retrofits in operational facilities PREFERRED: -Bachelor's Degree in related field OR a combination of certifications -Mission critical project experience -PMP or PMI-Scheduling Professional (SP)
