Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of environmental remediation experience within upstream oil and gas & a strong understanding of ECMC/CDPHE rules & regulations Proven project management experience and ability to manage a large amount of projects at a time (i.e., hundreds of small/non-complex projects) Strong data analyzation skills and the ability to use data to create QA/QC processes and programs Nice to Have Skills & Experience Strong understanding and/or experience of forms 19 and 27 submittals is preferred Power BI experience Job Description Insight Global is looking for an Environmental Remediation Project Manager (PM) to join an upstream oil and gas client in Greeley, CO. The PM will join the Environmental team and will be supporting the remediation team through a variety of different responsibilities, majority of which will include project management, quality control & assurance for form submittals to the State & collaboration between various internal teams & external vendors. Project Management Managing & tracking progress for hundreds of spills & remediation projects Management of client's various environmental contractors and vendors Ensuring permits have been approved Ensuring safety requirements are being met in the field Quality Control & Assurance Establish a QA/QC program for remediation vendors to follow for form 27 & 19 submittals to ensure compliance with State requirements and Client standards and to ensure accuracy & consistency across all of the client's vendors Data analysis of forms that have been denied/received negative feedback from stakeholders to find patterns and figure out solutions Participation in process improvement initiatives to enhance form quality and efficiency. Collaboration & Communication Handle communication and relationship building between internal and external stakeholders/vendors Supporting the HSE Advisors, remediation & spill teams This is a hybrid role in Greeley, CO with 3 days in office Tues-Thurs and a 9/80 work schedule. This role is starting out as a year-long contract that will likely get extended and there is opportunity for conversion to a full-time position down the line, however, it's not guaranteed. Relocation packages are available for anyone out of state with the right skill set willing to relocate. Compensation : $80/hr to $85/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
