Laborer - Construction

Express Employment Professionals of Clarksville is currently seeking reliable, industrious, and efficient candidates for a Laborer position to work with a Local Construction Company. This is a temp to hire position and will pay between $15 - $17 depending upon experience. Hours vary but is first shift. Responsibilities: Place, spread, compact, finish, and cure concrete for sidewalks, parking lots, or roads using power tools and machines such as a cement mixer, mechanical hoist, drill, router, grinder, sander, saw, and surveying or measuring equipment. Use a wide variety of tools including a pick, shovel, post hole digger, and pneumatic and hydraulic machines. Load, unload, and transport dirt and construction materials. Prepare and clean up construction sites. Mix cement, gravel, sand, and water to manufacture concrete onsite. May dig foundation trenches less than four feet deep and set braces to support the sides of excavations.
